FAQ

HOW LONG FOR SHIPPING & DELIVERY?

Orders are usually completed within 1 week. You will be kept up-to-date with the progress of your order. Shipping is a flat rate of £2.50, orders over £45 are shipped for free. Once complete, your order will be posted using Royal Mail 1st class. At the checkout, you can also select free local collection.

If you require a priority order, please let us know via email or call 07790354340.

Due to varying timescale of receiving some supplies - or for new product launches, some items may occasionally be marked Pre-Order. If you purchase an item on Pre-Order, the item will be despatched as soon as it is available (usually 2-4weeks). This will not affect the timescale of despatch of any other items you order - they will be sent separately to save you waiting.

CAN I ORDER BESPOKE ITEMS?

Yes - if you have a unique item or idea that you  would like made, I am always happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

WHAT IS STAMPING?

Stamping is done by hand and no two items will be the exact same. Natural variation will occur in the placement and depth of imprint - this is not a fault, but  creates a unique and quirky look which is great for adding that personal touch to jewellery and gifts.

RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, a replacement or full refund including postage will be issued in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can not be returned unless faulty.
